Acknowledgment of Terms

At checkout, purchasers are required to confirm agreement to these terms prior to completing payment. By selecting the acknowledgment checkbox and submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You understand the program is a digital educational product and/or service.

  • You understand that access is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • You agree that your purchase is non-refundable.

  • You agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks based on dissatisfaction, change of circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the program.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, programs, and educational services, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content, training materials, resources, and/or coaching services. Because access is granted upon purchase, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not permitted once payment has been processed.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Digital courses and training programs

  • Memberships and academies

  • Coaching programs

  • Downloadable resources, templates, and toolkits

  • Live or recorded educational sessions

Access to Materials

Upon successful payment, purchasers receive access to program materials and resources. Access constitutes delivery of the product in full.

Failure to access, download, participate in, or complete the program does not qualify for a refund.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all remaining scheduled payments regardless of participation level or usage of the program materials.

Missed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms constitutes a violation of this agreement.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of agreement and access delivery to the payment processor or financial institution

  • Immediately revoke access to all program materials

  • Deny future purchases or participation in programs
